The Garden Management System

Only registered owners of valid licensed copies of The Garden Management System have access to the secure section of the website for download. If you have not registered your software, you will not have access. To get access, register your software by completing the form in your current software package at Main Menu ->Information Menu->License Information. Once we receive your registration, we will advise you be email and you will have access to the download site.

• plant common name has been added to the lower portion of the Add/Edit Plant form, so it is visible when different tabs are selected in the top portion
• Upgrade procedure has been added to the menu system

1. Back up your existing Garden Management System database to another location on your hard disk or onto a CD for safekeeping.
2. Download The Garden Management System version 4.0.
3. You will be prompted to enter your username and password. Your username is the email address you used to register your software. Your password is the license registration key on the back of the CD. Only registered and licensed users of The Garden Management System will be able to access the download site. Enter your username and password in the available spaces, and press ENTER.
4. The download process will begin. Select to SAVE the download, and select the location to which you want the file saved. It is recommended that you save it to the same directory as your existing Garden Management System version 3.0.
5. Once the download is complete, unzip the downloaded package using Winzip. The file that is unzipped is called “Garden Management System 4.0.mde”.
6. Proceed to Part Two System 4.0 Upgrade
