Garden Management System - Ordering

Do I have to order The Garden Management System using PayPal. Is there any other way.

You can order our gardening software - the Garden Management System through the mail as well as through PayPal. Send us your cheque plus $6.00 shipping and taxes and we will be happy to send your software.

Can I personally pick up my copy of The Garden Management System, and save the shipping charges.

Currently, our business is mail–order and retail outlets only, so it is not possible for our customers to pick up their gardening software in person.

I want my software in a hurry. Can you Fedex it to me.

Yes, we can Fedex your software. Email us, telling us your address, and we’ll arrange a custom shipping order for you for the additional shipping cost.

How long will it take from ordering to receiving The Garden Management System.

Once we receive your order, it is processed and shipped within 24 hours. Provided that you are located in an area where there is regular mail delivery, you should have your software in 10-15 days. We cannot guarantee this, however, as postal services vary depending on country and inspection practices.

How often do you release patches for The Garden Management System.

We have not released any software patches. This is something that gives us great pride. We have had 4 releases of the software. The first release required the user to have other software installed. The second release made The Garden Management System a stand-alone piece of software. The third release was a redesign of the user interface and picture storage capabilities. The currect release adds some much-requested reports.

If I order six copies of The Garden Management System, do I get a discount.

Our volume discounts start at orders of 50 or more.

Using the Software

I am having difficulty getting some of my images to show up the way I want them to. How can I get some assistance.

Send us an email describing the problem, and include the image. We’ll send you back the best way to address your problem. Some images are large, and appear odd when you try to fit them in the image box. If you scroll around the image within the plant page, you may see this is the problem. Try saving the image in a smaller format. If this doesn’t help, let us know.

Is there a limit to how many records I can put in the software.

There is no limitation on the number of records.

How do I back up my system.

The gardening software application self–installs into the garden management system directory under program files. Make sure your backup routine includes this directory. Don’t forget to back up your pictures as well, wherever you store them on your computer.

Design Services

How long does it take between submitting my garden drawing and getting my garden plan.

It takes an average of ten days between our receiving your request and completion of your design.

I got one garden plan done a few months ago, and want to do another one now. Do I get the discounted rate for both gardens.

The discount applies for garden designs done at the same time.

Reports

I like the reports that are included, but I would like to see additional reports added. Will you be doing that.

Yes, we plan to add new reports regularly, in response to requests like yours. They will be posted on the website and available to all registered users of The Garden Management System. To make sure your needs are adequately addressed, send us an email with the details of your proposed report.
