Windflower Anemone Transplant well. Self-seed extremely well. Considered invasive by some.
Asiatic Lily lilium Many varieties, receive only afternoon sun, little attention.
Alium alium sphaerocephalum 'drumstick' Foliage looks sad and browns before its time, but spent flower heads last through winter, if you wish.
Barberry barberis thunbergii 'rose glow' Now 3 years old, and nearly 3 feet tall and very full. This is fall colouring.
Birdsnest Fern asplenium nidus Propagates well from cuttings of end of winding root.
Bleeding Heart dicentra spectrabilis Lives well in full sun or semi-shade, in my garden. White cousin lives in full shade.
Blanket Flower gaillardia x grandiflora 'goblin'
Coleus plectranthus solenostemon scutellarioides Purchased in summer for added colour in containers, unfortunately this one did not survive life indoors over the winter. Lovely for rounded foliage, rather than the points usually seen.
Cranesbill geranium saguineum lancastriense Picture does not do it justice. Blooms are more mauve than pink.

Fern osmunda regalis Receives only morning sun and no attention at all. Approx. height 4 feet.
